Unified Bowling School Registration Form

Use this form to submit your school’s intent to participate in the 2020 Champions Together Unified Bowling State Championship on Saturday, March 21, 2020. The tournament will be held at Western Bowling Center in Indianapolis from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET.

Participating schools will assemble a roster made up of a minimum of 15 members, to include at least 6 Unified athletes (students who receive special education services or individuals who participate in a local Special Olympics program) and at least 6 Unified student partners (students without intellectual disabilities).

Rosters made up entirely of currently enrolled students will enter the High School Division below; schools partnering with local Special Olympics programs and using athletes who are not students will enter into the Open Division instead.There is no maximum roster size.

From its final roster, each school will then designate a team to compete in each of the following groups (a total of 3 teams per school, with at least 5 members each):

  • Boys’ Division (at least 2 male Athletes and at least 2 male Partners)
  • Girls’ Division (at least 2 female Athletes and at least 2 female Partners)
  • Co-Ed Division (at least 2 Athletes and at least 2 Partners, with at least 2 team members representing each gender)
