For results, each participant will submit…

    • Total number of fitness & sport activities
    • Total number of health & wellbeing activities

Be sure to track all of your activities! Even if you can only do 1 activity on a certain day, it will still count towards your total at the end of the challenge.

Awards will be based on BOTH parts of the challenge: fitness & sport activities and health & wellbeing activities. See the awards section for more info.

AWARDS

An athlete must complete BOTH requirements below to earn each award. Failure to complete both requirements could result in a lower award or possibly no award. For example, to earn a gold medal, an athlete must complete at least 200 fitness & sport activities AND 100 health & wellbeing activities. Athletes failing to complete at least 120 fitness & sport activities AND 100 health & wellbeing activities will not receive an award.

Custom medals will be created for this challenge.

    • Gold = 200 fitness & sport activities + 100 health & wellbeing activities
    • Silver = 160 fitness & sport activities + 100 health & wellbeing activities
    • Bronze = 120 fitness & sport activities + 100 health & wellbeing activities

For perspective:

    • 200 total fitness & sport activities = 5 activities per day, 5 days per week
    • 160 total fitness & sport activities = 4 activities per day, 5 days per week
    • 120 total fitness & sport activities = 3 activities per day, 5 days per week
    • 100 health & wellbeing activities amounts to about 3 (2.5 to be exact) health & wellbeing activities per day, 5 days per week
