A Field Trip to Remember:
Open to all high schools in the state, Special Olympics Indiana’s first-ever High School Polar Plunge offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity to put the fun back into fundraising! Funds raised via the Polar Plunge meet all requirements for participation in the Champions Together banner program.
Here’s how it works:
Step 1 – Get permission from your school to plan a field trip for Friday, March 1, 2019.
Step 2 – Identify a Team Captain and register your team on FirstGiving.
Step 3 – Recruit as many of your fellow students as possible to join your team.
Step 4 – Raise at least $50 per participant before the day of the event by collecting pledges or creating your own online personal fundraising page through the registration process. NOTE: There is a $25 registration fee for the High School Plunge, which counts toward your $50 minimum.
Step 5 – Bring your pledges the day of the event and a copy of your online fundraising totals.
Step 6 – Take the Plunge and support Special Olympics Indiana!
