State Conference Theme Set, Sessions Ready, Now Go!

Check out the schedule and registration information and session descriptions that are hot off the presses!  This year’s theme is “For the Love of the Game”. The sessions are set, and we have put together a dynamic group of presenters this year to bring you all the latest information on the topics of your choice. The Special Olympics Indiana State Conference will be held at the Marten House Hotel & Lilly Conference Center in Indianapolis on Jan. 27-28.

There will be sessions for your personal development that will help you keep Special Olympics and your life in perspective; sessions focused on safety issues that most of you know from the news can be critical; sessions to teach you practical skills and drills for the sports you coach; and sessions that highlight the best practices of our Areas and Counties.  All of the sessions are created to help make our work with Special Olympics even more impactful and valuable to the lives of our athletes, family members and volunteers.

With the inclusion of the Friday night Recognition Dinner, we showcase the award nominees from throughout the state for their dedication and commitment to Special Olympics.  This heart-warming event will remind us all why we are involved and spend so much time and effort to make every event a positive experience.  So come be a part of it!  Sign up and Show up!  It is a great way to re-charge your battery and spend quality time with some of the best people you will ever meet!  Go make your room reservations and send in your registration by January 16 to make sure you are a part of it!
